Process Engineer

Responsible for the assembly process development of precision semiconductor equipment modules and complete machines, NPI trial production follow-up, formulation of assembly process routes, process sequence arrangement, and standard working hours.

Compile complete sets of assembly process documents: assembly SOPs, process cards, PFMEA, control plans and inspection specifications; conduct version maintenance of process documents and implement ECN changes.

Precision assembly process verification: tightening process, clearance/geometric tolerance control, cleanliness control, bonding/sealing assembly and module test process; identify assembly risks and issue verification reports.

On-site process support, handle abnormalities such as assembly defects, interferences and out-of-tolerance precision; conduct root cause analysis and closed-loop improvements together with quality and R&D teams to boost yield and assembly consistency.

Propose requirements for tooling, jigs and auxiliary assembly tools, carry out scheme review, acceptance and commissioning, optimize assembly workstation layout, and promote lean improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Provide process training for assembly teams, implement clean assembly specifications, and ensure the assembly quality of semiconductor equipment components.
