Process Engineer

PT Hulane Tech Manufacturing is looking for talented and passionate professionals to join us as “Process Engineer / Engineer of Process / New Product Development / RnD” to expanding our team! This position will be based in Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi.

About the role

This is an engineering position focused on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes from raw materials to finished parts. You will work on process design, continuous improvement, and problem-solving across stamping and injection production environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering in any engineering discipline (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred)
• At least 2 years of Proces Engineering Staff experience
• Experience in stamping and injection production processes
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to identify production process problems, analyze root causes, and develop and implement effective solutions
• Ability to respond quickly and solve problems in the workplace
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Key responsibilities

• Develop and determine the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished parts, including process flow, machines, tools, fixtures, and inspection methods
• Create Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and process standards
• Improve cycle time, productivity, material usage, and machine utilization by applying Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement methods
• Conduct process trials and validate that the manufacturing process consistently produces parts meeting specifications, while supporting PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and capability studies (Cp/Cpk)
• Investigate production problems, perform root-cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto, and implement corrective and preventive actions
