Process Engineer 工艺工程师

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve SMT and PCBA processes to ensure smooth daily production.
• Troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain process parameters, work instructions and SOPs.
• Analyse production yield, defects and process performance to reduce rejection and rework.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), trial runs and production line setup.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Improve line balancing, cycle time and productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and process training to production staff.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in SMT, PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
• Familiar with SMT processes, reflow soldering and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and ESD requirements is an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and management.
