We value safety, craftsmanship, and continuous learning, and offer support from experienced colleagues as well as opportunities to develop and share your expertise as you grow.
In addition, you can expect:
- A competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience;
- 27 vacation days plus 13 additional ADV (reduction of working hours) days;

- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvement methodologies.
- An analytical and proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality and results.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
Your daily responsibilities include
- Analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing warehouse and logistics processes, with an initial focus on efficiency, material flow, and inventory reliability;
- Initiating and implementing process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, and operational reliability;
- Supporting NPI projects from design reviews through to successful serial production;
- Analyzing and resolving process deviations using data-driven and root-cause methodologies;
- Monitoring and improving KPIs such as FPY, OEE, DPMO, and logistics performance indicators;
