Process Engineer

Due to increased business activity and ongoing project development, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Serbia, Aranđelovac, and support the Production Manager in daily operational and engineering activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects, contribute to process optimization initiatives, and support continuous improvement across multiple production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production and engineering activities at the Serbia plant and assist the Production Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain process documentation, plant records, and project schedules while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot operational and process-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Participate in plant assessments, facility evaluations, feasibility studies, and capital projects, including plant expansions and upgrades.
• Evaluate equipment, technologies, and engineering solutions to support operational excellence and future growth.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams, provide technical support, and contribute to the implementation of new systems and best practices.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Project Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Previous experience in mineral processing, manufacturing, bulk material handling, or related industries is considered an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of industrial processes, including material handling, crushing, grinding, classification, conveying, storage, packaging, and shipping.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Experience in process design, project execution, and plant operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with engineering-related software and tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
