Join us and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together!

The Opportunity

In this key role, you’ll be directly contributing to the efficient conversion of organic waste into valuable resources. You’ll be hands-on across process and quality control, sample collection, waste audits, and driving data-led improvements.

As part of our team, you’ll help ensure the facility runs at peak performance while identifying opportunities to enhance processes. Your insights will help shape operational strategies, improve product quality, and support our commitment to sustainability.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Oversee process and quality control to ensure optimal efficiency and product standards
  • Collect and test samples at various stages of processing to track performance and maintain compliance
  • Conduct waste audits to assess the quality and type of incoming organic waste, ensuring it meets facility requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of processes, quality measures, and compliance standards
  • Prepare clear, data-driven reports with findings and recommendations
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality

About You

You’re an experienced Process Engineer who thrives in operational environments where problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of the day-to-day. With a solid technical foundation and a practical approach, you’re confident working hands-on in a facility, analysing processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing changes that deliver measurable results.

You’re detail-oriented, passionate about efficiency, and keen to contribute to sustainable solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical or Environmental Engineering (or a related discipline)
  • Proven experience in process and quality control, ideally within waste management, chemical manufacturing, or a similar industry
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed reports
