What they need
A Process Engineer designs, monitors, and optimizes industrial and manufacturing workflows to turn raw materials into finished products efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing production lines, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and apply methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma to reduce waste and cycle times
- System Design & Testing: Design new equipment layouts, test production procedures, and run computer simulations to improve output.
- Troubleshooting & Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose equipment or workflow failures, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure operations comply with local, national, and international environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
