Process Engineer CNC

Role & responsibilities :

• Productivity improvement in CNC
• Machining optimization,
• Minimize machining deviation, machine down time,
• System development
• Manager in machining & planning for CNC & machine shop
• Machine knowledge for buying new & old/ repairing & retrofitting
• Planning day to day activities (Man Power, Production schedules and work allocation) for achieving daily, weekly & monthly production targets as per customer schedule & forecast
• Weekly interaction call regarding material planning or dispatch
• Proper setup/changeover of new & existing projects as per standard.
• Participation in Six Sigma Project, Kaizen, Quality Circle, 5S Movement Drive
• Cost calculation & reduction by avoiding the unwanted operation (as like cycle time reduction or process flow improvement) & consumption
• Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports.
• Handling the rejection/rework control & indirect material consumption monitoring & control.
• Record preparation of tool history & arranging, repairing and maintaining tools.
• Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in the department
• Up gradation of work place by applying 5S tools & maintain all records related to Quality standards

Preferred candidate profile :

• B. Tech/ Diploma from a reputed college.
• 10-15 years of experience in a similar CNC set up.
• Age between 35 45 years.
• Residence of West Bengal or willing to relocate
• Manager in machining & planning for CNC & machine shop
