Process Engineer (COB Assembly)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in COB Assembly, Wirebond or Die-attach Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Engineering team to improve yield, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Support RFQ technical assessments and new project mass production.
• Ensure customer quality requirements are met.
• Oversee engineering documentation, reports, work instructions, and drawings.
• Drive research, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Develop team competencies and support continuous learning.
