Process Engineer - Fresh Graduate

• Assist in monitoring and supporting daily production and manufacturing processes on the production floor.
• Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines and provide support when operational issues arise.
• Observe, monitor, and follow up on real-time conditions and issues at the production site.
• Assist in identifying and analysing production or process-related issues and support the implementation of appropriate improvements or solutions.
• Assist in ensuring that operators follow proper operating procedures and safety requirements during production activities.
• Work closely with production teams and relevant departments to support daily operations and continuous process improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates who are available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related engineering fields.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, production processes, process improvement, and hands-on technical work.
• Possess good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
• Willing to work on the production floor and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments and levels.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
