Process Engineer (I/M LPB)

Location: Lopburi Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for managing processes and documentation related to new product launches, including the preparation of relevant documents such as PPAP.
• Analyze issues related to products, molds, and production processes in order to implement improvements, reduce product defects, and enhance production efficiency.
• Improve and develop mold quality to ensure production meets established standards and targets.
• Lead and support cost reduction projects in the production process.
• Prepare, consolidate, and implement engineering improvement plans to drive efficiency and quality.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to engineering change control (4M).

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Tool Engineering, or other related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
• Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in computer usage and relevant software applications.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of mold design and function.
• Solid knowledge of production systems and plastic injection molding processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems related to molds and injection molding systems effectively.
