Process Engineer (Industrial Engineer)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course; preferably Industrial Engineering or any related engineering field

• At least 1 year of experience in process engineering and/or project management, preferably within a manufacturing setup

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly

• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times

• Amenable to work on-site in Annapolis St., Greenhills, San Juan City

• Available to start immediately

Job Description:

• Verify and ensure the accuracy of all Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Prepare and maintain material and project codes required for production and installation
• Conduct value engineering to optimize project requirements based on available materials and existing capabilities
• Oversee proper process routing of project items from initiation to execution
• Maintain and update all relevant data in the project monitoring system
• Ensure compliance with established process flow routing and completion of all steps
• Practices 5S standards in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and organization
• Upholds and protects the company’s image, values, and reputation at all times
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
