Process Engineer (Industrial Engineering)

Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and standardization, with a focus on enhancing productivity and quality while reducing costs and waste. Collaborates with relevant teams to drive continuous process improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity while reducing costs and process waste.
• Analyze production data and process issues to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain process standards, including process flows, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Plan and execute process improvement initiatives, including evaluating new technologies, tools, and working methods.
• Monitor process performance and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production and relevant functions to ensure processes meet quality, safety, and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Improvement, or Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant data analysis tools.
• Experience in the gold, jewelry, or related manufacturing industry will be given special consideration.
