• Analyze and optimize production flows and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement solutions to reduce scrap across the supply chain.
• Apply lean production methodologies to achieve measurable improvements in key production drivers.
• Actively contribute to company projects, delivering immediate business value.

Your technical playground

• Master's degree in Management/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and confidence communicating in an international environment
• Analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• Problem solving attitude
