Process Engineer – Investment Casting

Job Scope:

Join a precision manufacturing environment where you will manage and improve investment casting and machining processes from raw material to finished product.

• Manage and improve the full investment casting process, from wax injection, shell making, metal melting/pouring to heat treatment, NDT and final inspection.
• Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions and technical documentation.
• Support CNC machining, tooling and fixture development.
• Lead new product introduction, process trials and production improvements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues with Production and QA teams.
• Drive improvements in yield, cycle time, cost and process stability.
• Support automation and new manufacturing technology projects.
• Work with customers on technical clarification, drawings and process requirements

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related Engineering studies.
• Hands-on experience in investment casting is preferred.
