Process Engineer (Mechanical)

LUMINER CONSULTING is the 4M sourcing provider for Material, Manpower & Machineries and Methodology specialties'. In line with our new acquisition programs for in the Resin Manufacturing Plant in Semenyih, We are looking for the followings position to be filled immediately. Job Summary

• Coordinate with Production departments to plan, execute, and follow up on preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production outcome and reports, address discrepancies or findings with the relevant personnel, and ensure timely resolution of the problems.
• Maintain certifications for ISO 9001/14000 requirements by following and regularly updating written work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor production quality through QA/QC team and departmental reports, investigate issues with relevant teams, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Issue corrective and preventive actions taken by Production staff to confirm problems are fully rectified.
• Handle evaluate staff performance against their job descriptions.
• Coordinate training to production staff to ensure competence in their roles.
• Monitor production KPIs, indentified shortfalls, and discuss improvements with the Production Manager.
• Promote good housekeeping, product handling, storage, and preservation across production areas.
• Ensure Safety working environments for everyone in the Manufacturing Plant.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Process Engineering/Chemical
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.

• Based at Semenyih/Beranang.
• Posses Own transport.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
