Job Highlight

This position is responsible to monitoring process engineering, lead team to improve process to get KPI achievement with business goal. Moreover be support, analyze, action and solve issue with manufacturing process.

About the role – you will

• Design and fine-tune production parameters and setups. Execute Line Balancing and Capacity Evaluation to ensure realistic and optimized output.

• Act as the primary technical resource for the shop floor. Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis for complex process issues and implement permanent corrective actions.

• Utilize Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical tools (e.g., $C_{pk}$ analysis) to validate process stability and drive measurable improvements.

• Personally develop and maintain critical engineering documents, including Process Flows, Control Plans, and FMEA, ensuring full compliance with IATF 16949 standards.

• Lead the installation and commissioning of new production lines. Manage the transition from trial phases to Mass Production Buy-off.

• Serve as the Technical Focal Point for transferring new technology, equipment, or tooling from R&D/Developers to the production floor.

• Identify and execute cost-reduction strategies by optimizing manpower, minimizing scrap, and reducing overhead within the responsible processes.

• Provide technical coaching and guidance to junior engineers and operators. Lead by example on the shop floor to build the team's technical competency.

• Collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration and minimize operational downtime.

Your Experience includes (Qualification)

• Bachelor’s or in mechanical engineering or related field
• Process engineering background (semiconductor or microelectronic is preferred)
• Understanding with process engineering and manufacturing knowledge
