Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :

• Report directly to the Engineering Manager on operational performance and team progress.
• Support and promote the achievement of departmental engineering objectives and goals.
• Design and prepare validation reports and relevant documentation for medical device product groups.
• Regularly evaluate and review operational performance to drive process and personnel improvement and development.
• Assist in the procurement and allocation of necessary resources to support departmental operations.
• Support departmental and corporate initiatives on quality assurance and workplace safety.
• Supervise, monitor, and verify the performance of subordinates to ensure alignment with standards and expectations.
• Conduct regular meetings to communicate work-related updates, departmental/company regulations, and address any arising issues.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
