Shopfloor on-site technical supporting and problem solving, include production line on-site guidance,Process inspection and discipline inspection and Nonconforming PRODUCT processing. Fixture and tool design,include Fixture design/selection, Tool plan formulation. Continuous improvement and cost reduction and efficiency increase, include Process optimization, Automation and intelligent transformation, Lean production promotion. Introduction and verification of new equipment and technology, include Equipment RESEARCH and SELECTION, Process verification.

Quality control and system maintenance, include Key process control, Quality data analysis, System audit support. Ensure process standardisation in the Wilo plants for assigned product groups. Ensure sustainability and reliability of new process & equipments Benchmark best practices in process engineering inside and outside the Wilo group Identify and validate new technologies for assigned product groups. Main responsibility for solution products, like ICE CUBE for Data center Take leading role of on-site at Sub-contracting assembly suppliers to monitor production schedule, quality and cost Requirements: Degree in engineering with focus on automatization, digitalization and production technology: at least Bachelor ＞5 years experience of PE manager in serial/mass production Knowhow of complex production, welding, machining and testing processes, relevant norms Experience in leadership Experience in Kaizen Management and Methods
