Process Engineer @ Nakornprathom

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.
• Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process.
• Develops processes for manufacturing products using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Statistics-based methods and principles for process excellence.
• coordinate with supplier or internal department to make an innovation project for process improvement, performance improvement and quality issue solving.
• Monitors and audits the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability and cost savings.
• Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

• Can work at the plant in Factory Omyai Nakornprathom (Canwork 6 days/Week )
• Bachelor or Master’s degree of Automation, industrial or Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer - GPA. 2.7 ++
• At least 2 years’ experience in hands-on process supervision.
• Knowledge in manufacturing management principles and concepts, as well as quality systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical applications.
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation
• Skills in KAIZEN , LEAN ,SIX SIGMA, MS Office (World , Excel , PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 140000 , GMP/HACCP
