Process Engineer Payment

Mission Context

In the context of the International Payments Core squad, we are looking for a Process Engineer to temporarily replace an absent colleague. The mission focuses on documenting and improving end-to-end payment processes, drafting release notes, and coordinating remaining actions related to the Welcome Pack and other content topics (ACH, STP rate improvement, etc.).

Your Responsibilities

•        Define, implement and improve business (sub)processes in line with the Bank's strategy

•        Document processes in a clear, structured and understandable manner (E2E view)

•        Monitor existing processes based on KPIs and customer feedback, and identify improvements

•        Contribute to testing and change management activities

•        Liaise with business, IT and operational teams to ensure alignment

•        Ensure compliance of processes and documentation with internal/external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, etc.)

•        Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, quarterly planning, etc.)

Profile & Experience

•        Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

•        Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process analysis or change management

•        Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, ARIS or equivalent) — mandatory

•        Knowledge of process improvement methods and risk management — mandatory

•        Payments knowledge is a strong asset

•        SharePoint experience is a plus

Languages

•        Fluent in French or Dutch (at least one) — mandatory

•        Strong written and spoken English — mandatory
