🚀 We're Hiring: Process Improvement Engineer

📍 Location: Subang Jaya, Malaysia

At Halton Manufacturing Sdn Bhd , we're looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to help us enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity while supporting our Industry 4.0 journey.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

✅ Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

✅ Develop and implement process optimisation strategies across manufacturing operations.

✅ Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Digitalisation, and Operations teams on process improvements and new product introductions.

✅ Support automation and digitalisation projects aligned with Industry 4.0 developments.

✅ Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

✅ Monitor and report process improvement KPIs and project outcomes.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve process-related challenges to support operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or related discipline preferred)

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering

✔ Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Good communication and project management abilities

Added Advantages

⭐ Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies

⭐ Experience with automation and robotics systems

⭐ Familiarity with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
