For our Urease production facility located in Dinteloord we are looking for a Process Engineer Protein Extraction.

Vacant position:

As process engineer Protein Extraction you manage the urease production line in Dinteloord and are responsible for the optimization and validation of the production process. You make sure the process adheres to our Quality Management System and ISO13485 standards.

Tasks:

Management of the urease production line

• Maintenance of urease production line
• Preparation of urease production campaign
• Process optimization and validation
• Documentation of SOPs, OPLs, Work instructions, CIP procedures
• Line operation during production campaigns
• Adherence to our QMS and ISO13485 standards

Candidate requirements:

• Minimal 2-4 years experience as process engineer in a complex and manual process environment
• Hold a Bachelor degree in a chemical engineering or equivalent field
• Experience with Food hygienic production
• Familiar with extraction and purification processes
• VCA and forklift certificates
• Technically skilled: you can fix problems and perform minor maintenance yourself
• Able to flexibly work in a small team
• Strong writing and communication skills to work with operators, and QA
• Proven experience with ISO13485 or ISO9001 quality standards
• Fluent in Dutch and English
