- Monitor and control silicon ingot/brick shaping processes including diamond wire cutting, squaring, and grinding operations to ensure process stability and product quality.
- Optimize process parameters to improve yield, reduce kerf loss, minimize defects, and enhance productivity.
- Analyse process data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
