Process Engineer Staff (Rod End)

Job Description:

• Process Optimization: Design and improve workflows, tooling, and manufacturing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC to reduce waste and cycle times.
• APQP & Quality Control: Develop APQP documentation (Process Flows, FMEAs, Control Plans) and partner with QA for dimensional inspections and capability studies.
• Problem Solving & ECN: Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
• Supplier Collaboration: Partner with suppliers to ensure materials/equipment meet technical standards; participate in supplier audits to mitigate risks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate process designs, specifications, and validation records.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Experience: 2–3 years in Process Engineering or APQP/PPAP in Aerospace or High-precision Manufacturing.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AS9145, aerospace quality standards, and APQP/PPAP methodologies.
  • xpertise in GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and practical machine operations.

• Software: Proficient in CAD/CAM (CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks) and MS Office.

• Language: Good command of English (TOEIC 550+).

• Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional communication.
