Process Engineer (Sub-Assembly & Powertrain)

• Complete and manage the manufacturing processes for the front axle, rear axle, instrument panel sub-assembly, and engine final assembly lines.
• Improve quality capabilities and resolve quality issues on the front axle, rear axle, instrument panel sub-assembly, and engine final assembly lines.
• During the introduction of new vehicle models, responsible for implementing new processes and parts into the workshop, and providing guidance on pre-production preparations and trial production.
• Take the lead in developing and revising technical, process, and safety operation procedures and documentation, and guide their implementation in the workshop.
• Plan, debug, and accept various tools and fixtures used in the front axle, rear axle, instrument panel sub-assembly, and engine final assembly lines.
• Resolve on-site technical and quality-related issues involving products, tooling, efficiency, and safety.
• Conduct time studies and motion analysis to optimize workstation balancing, and use time analysis tools for adjustment and validation.
• Responsible for daily inspections of process compliance on the front axle, rear axle, instrument panel sub-assembly, and engine final assembly lines, and for developing corrective and preventive measures.
• Actively coordinate with other departments in conducting on-site inspections related to process compliance.
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by upper management.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in an automotive OEM
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high sense of confidentiality. Proficiency in Chinese and English is a plus.
• Proficient in office software such as Word and Excel; familiar with engineering software such as CATIA and CAD; capable of independent drafting.
• Strong abilities in communication, organization, coordination, execution, and independent problem-solving.
