PROCESS ENGINEER (Textile)

We are looking for a PROCESS ENGINEER to be employed in the Operations department at the factory of our foreign-capital corporate client.

PROFILE

• Graduated from the Textile Engineering department of a university
• At least 1 year of experience or a recent graduate
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong team player
• Will actively follow production processes
• Good communication skills, responsible, open to development and change, dynamic
• Will follow customer, quality, and production processes
• Effective problem-solving skills, able to think analytically
• Able to report and provide information regularly
• Shuttle routes: Lüleburgaz, Çorlu, Çerkezköy

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Controlling the workflow by analyzing business processes
2. Giving instructions according to process outputs, tracking and reporting targets
3. Carrying out time studies and working to improve their outputs
4. Carrying out the necessary studies to prevent errors in production
5. Carrying out Continuous Improvement activities
6. Performing efficiency analyses and taking the necessary actions
7. Monitoring the production process, carrying out troubleshooting, and being responsible for corrective actions
8. Being a role model in ensuring and supporting the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety
9. Taking an active role in quality development and system development activities
