We are currently seeking a talented “Process Engineer” to join our dynamic Tissue Production team. This role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production processes, preferably in tissue manufacturing
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Interested in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation applications in manufacturing, with the ability to use these tools for data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and update departmental procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in internal process audits and serve as an internal auditor.
• Review and continuously improve production methods to enhance quality and reduce costs, collaborating with other departments.
• Participate in new product development projects.
• Monitor and analyze daily production and raw material consumption reports.
• Ensure that production meets quality specifications and coordinate the resolution of production issues.
• Ensure the effective and efficient use of resources, including labor, energy, machinery, materials, and spare parts.
• Develop and implement projects to improve energy efficiency.
