Process Engineer – Warehouse / Contract Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer with experience in warehouse operations, contract logistics, process improvement and solution design. The role will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, layouts, capacity, manpower and logistics systems, as well as supporting new business implementations and continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and logistics improvement projects from planning to implementation
• Design and optimize warehouse layouts, workflow and storage capacity
• Analyse warehouse processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop SOPs, process maps and workflow documentation
• Support new warehouse setup and business implementation
• Conduct capacity, manpower, equipment and material flow planning
• Work with IT teams on WMS / ERP / logistics systems
• Support system testing, UAT and implementation
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Prepare project reports, presentations and business proposals

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, warehouse engineering, contract logistics or supply chain
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Experience in warehouse layout design, facility planning and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of Contract Logistics and solution design
• Experience with WMS / ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• AutoCAD experience is an added advantage
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

📍 Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

💰 Salary: RM7,000 – RM9,000 per month

🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
