Process Engineer (Welding)

• Introduce the welding process into the local facility and ensure the compliance to the legal and company requirement.
• Continuous improve the existing process to ensure the KPIs achievement.
• Give the training about the process \ new product etc., to ensure the process stability.
• Support the new project, new product development, implement the process utilization according.
• Patrol check the welding process implementation, ensure the legal requirement / work instruction followed. Qualifications
• At least 2 years welding experience, welding program reading and problem solving capability.
• Daily working communication with English.
• Communication skills with diverse background, especially for the cross-cultural communication.
• Problem solving capability.
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering / welding or material.
• Lean tools/mechanical design/CAD/Project management.
