Process Engineer（Die Bond/Wire Bond）

• Responsible for analyzing production abnormalities, identifying root causes, confirming corrective actions, handling abnormal raw material issues, coordinating with relevant departments, implementing containment and corrective actions, and verifying the effectiveness of preventive measures.
• Analyze monthly top defect rates, develop and follow up on improvement actions, maintain manufacturing processes, and ensure production operations comply with established process standards.
• Improve manufacturing processes and production efficiency by planning, implementing, monitoring, and validating DOE (Design of Experiments) activities.
• Review and validate process changes or operational changes that significantly differ from actual production conditions, and update related process documents such as SOP and PFMEA.
• Maintain MES documentation, including work instructions, rework processes, and related documents, and support new employee training.
• รับผิดชอบในการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของความผิดปกติในสายการผลิต และยืนยันมาตรการปรับปรุง รวมถึงการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบที่ผิดปกติ การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการกำหนดมาตรการแก้ไข มาตรการชั่วคราว ตลอดจนการตรวจสอบผลของมาตรการป้องกันหลังเกิดปัญหา
• วิเคราะห์รายการอัตราของเสีย (Defect Rate) อันดับสูงสุด (TOP) รายเดือน กำหนดมาตรการปรับปรุงและติดตามผล รวมถึงการจัดทำและบำรุงรักษากระบวนการผลิต และตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานจริงของสายการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการที่กำหนด
• ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ดำเนินการด้าน DOE (Design of Experiments) ตั้งแต่การเสนอ การนำไปใช้ การติดตามผล และการยืนยันผลลัพธ์ของการปรับปรุง
• ตรวจสอบและยืนยันการปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้งานที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับสภาพการทำงานจริงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ พร้อมทั้งอัปเดตเอกสารกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น SOP และ PFMEA
• ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาเอกสารในระบบ MES รวมถึงใบคำสั่งงาน (Instruction Sheet) กระบวนการ Rework และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่

Qualifications

1. Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in manufacturing processes such as Die Bond, Wire Bond
3. Familiar with reliability standards for optical fiber products, manufacturing processes, and related production equipment.
4. Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint).
5. Experience in project management.
6. Good command of English. Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
7. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา (ปวส.) ขึ้นไป สาขาเครื่องกล อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในกระบวนการ เช่น Die Bond / Wire Bond
9. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ (Reliability) ของผลิตภัณฑ์ใยแก้วนำแสง (Optical Fiber) และคุ้นเคยกับกระบวนการผลิตรวมถึงการใช้งานเครื่องจักรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
10. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมเขียนแบบ เช่น CAD / SolidWorks ได้ และมีความคุ้นเคยกับโปรแกรมสำนักงาน เช่น Microsoft Office และ PowerPoint
11. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการ (Project Management)
12. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ และหากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
