Process Engineer/工艺工程师(flip chip)

• Provide team leadership and mentoring engineer and technician to ensure proper succession planning.
• Develop and maintain efficient equipment/process for station engineering and maintenance station recipe strategies striving towards meeting team yield KPI.
• Develop a manufacturing operations strategies, striving towards meeting department cost and quality KPI.
• Professional skills in process control method as 6 sigma, DMAIC, 8D and quality tool.
• Manage the budget and cost of the department to ensure that the team is cost-effective in all its operation.
• Tracking and summary OS yield by week, month, quarter and year. Collection values actions for OS fail improvement.
• Support the customer request and supply OS test station with NPI Team for new customer
• OS tooling design, document, for station by New product.
• Production support, working concurrently with production test recipe and OCAP flow sup’s to ensure tracking issues.
• Make strategic & executive contribution; participate as key member in team in company.
• Build a positive and hard work environment that support innovation, creativity and teamwork in the company.
• Manage all continuous improvement actions and projects.
• Develop team to be a forward environment in company. 任职要求：
• Education: Bachelor Degree in related field
• Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese
• Experience: More than 8years’ work experience including more than 3years’ ASSY management experience
• Familiar with ASSY Process and FlipChip process
• Familiar with APQP/PFMEA/Control Plan/MSA/ISO 9001/IATF16949
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skills

• Good and deep understanding of the concepts and cultures of the company
• Good compressive resistance.
