Process Engineering

1. Respect of Process Control Plans (PCP)

• Ensure PCP and follow up and respect

• Identify deviations to PCP, issue yellow or red cards depending on resolution status

• Ensure to solve the gaps to PCPs

• Propose PCP changes for process improvements

• Planning / daily launch follow up/4Ms management and motivation of subordinate

2. Improvement

• For each process, identify areas of improvement based on customer returns, production performance or process capability

• Update PCP for each improvement

3. Problem resolution

• Participate to problem resolution (customer complaint or production issue)

• Propose short term and long-term solutions linked with process improvement

4. Managing technician

• Ensure process tech is follow job assigned (routine and specific)

• Ensure process tech have proper knowledge to perform the jobs

• Liaise with techno clubs and GE to share problems and get support when needed

5. Techno club

• Participate to techno club sessions and share progress on KPIs and actions

• Identify good ideas from other parties (GE/ other labs/ ME), and implement in the lab

6. Enforcement of rules and regulations.

7. Recruiting of new operators/Training Plan.

8. Work shop cleanliness/6s

9. Contact concerned department for problem solving/Shop floor meeting with team.

10. Responsible for implementation of company policies and procedure in their working area, and with their subordinates (Where applicable)

11. To implement Quality management system ISO9001 and ISO13485, OEHS Management system.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronic, Industrial, Automation, Chemical or relate

• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing

• Understanding in the use of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM

• Spoken and written English

• can coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
