PROCESS ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE

About the role

Improve production processes, efficiency and productivity. Identify bottlenecks, waste and process issues. Analyse production data, yield and process performance.

Key responsibilities

• Improve production processes, efficiency and productivity
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and process issues
• Analyse production data, yield and process performance
• Troubleshoot process problems and conduct root cause analysis
• Support production trials, new processes and process validation
• Develop and improve SOPs and Work Instructions
• Work closely with relevant departments to implement process improvements
• Support Lean, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement projects

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Process, Chemical, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in food manufacturing/FMCG is an advantage
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or food safety is an advantage
