Process Engineering Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Process Engineering team.
• Establish, qualify and optimize processes for FVI, automated vision inspection, tape-and-reel and packaging.
• Lead process qualification, validation, NPI and technology transfer.
• Drive yield, productivity, quality and process improvements.
• Lead technical problem-solving, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production, QA, Equipment Engineering, IT/MES and customers.
• Support MES/MIPS implementation, process control and traceability.
• Manage process documentation, engineering changes and technical standards.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to Process Engineers and Technicians.
