Process Engineering Lead

• Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Develop and document streamlined workflows and standard operating processes.
• Translate business needs into clear system and process requirements.
• Define future-state processes, controls, and implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to deliver sustainable operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, process analysis, Lean, and Kaizen.
• Proactive, focused, and critical thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze and redesign end-to-end processes.
• Strong ability to develop business cases and system requirements.
• Ability to define future-state processes and controls.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
