Process Engineering Manager - Metal Casting Operation

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Process Engineering Manager - Metal Casting Operation search in the Cleveland, OH area.

***Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates residing outside the area.***

Responsibilities:

• Plans, coordinates, and directs activities related to developing, maintaining, and optimizing foundry manufacturing processes.
• Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for all molding and core-making manufacturing methods.
• Reviews departmental technical issues and procedures, recommending solutions and process improvements as needed.
• Leads the organization’s process engineering team.
• Designs and implements process training programs for key personnel in collaboration with department managers.

Key Requirements :

• Experience in a senior process engineering role leading process engineers in a foundry operation.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
