Process Engineer/Supervisor (Chonburi Site)

Working Day: Mon. - Sat. (08.00 AM -17.00 PM)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare new mold testing plans and report the progress of each project.
• Conduct new mold testing and VPT, including problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Design experiments and define process conditions for the production process.
• Prepare part samples (injection trials) to support the Assembly team during new project start-up.
• Coordinate with NPI, Quality, Production, Planning, Assembly, and suppliers to ensure that new product development is completed according to the plan and required standards.
• Prepare and update related documents, such as Process Flow, WI, and SOP.
• Develop and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and process stability.
• Conduct employee training and follow up on work performance in the production process.
• Prepare summary reports and other related reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding, process engineering, or new product development (NPI).

• Hands-on experience in new mold trials, mold testing, and injection process setting.

• Good knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, machines, molds, and plastic materials.

• Able to analyze and solve problems during new mold trials and new project start-up.

• Experience in preparing or updating manufacturing documents such as Process Flow, WI, SOP, and related process documents.

• Able to communicate in English for work-related matters will be advantaged

• Available to work on Saturdays (Saturday is a regular working day)
