Transsion Holding is hiring process equipment Engineer for our factory Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesA. Equipment

1. Arrange the switching and changeover of production line equipment according to the production plan to ensure normal, uninterrupted production.
2. Organize the purchase, selection, and control of equipment, tools, and spare parts.
3. Organize and complete equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, handover, and daily management work.
4. Procure, inspect, and maintain production fixtures and test fixtures to meet mass production requirements.
5. Conduct line setup, line modification, line dismantling, and test system construction work.
6. Be responsible for arranging the daily software download (flashing) work.
7. Lead the preparation of the "Annual Maintenance Plan" and the "Annual Calibration Plan for Measuring Equipment" for factory equipment.

B. Process Engineering 8. Determine the work process flow and formulate, release, and maintain process documents (SOPs, work instructions, process flow charts). 9. Design and optimize the production line layout, station balancing, and cycle time to improve line efficiency (UPH/UPPH). 10. Conduct statistical analysis, error analysis, and defect analysis, and drive improvement of the test pass rate, first pass yield (FPY), and reduction of the error/defect rate. 11. Analyze process abnormalities on the line, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 12. Standardize process parameters and ensure operators work according to approved process documents; provide technical training and guidance to line operators and technicians. 13. Drive continuous improvement activities (Kaizen) related to quality, efficiency, and cost reduction in the production process.C. New Project Introduction (NPI) 14. Lead the introduction of new projects/models into the factory: review technical documentation received from HQ/R&D, and prepare the line for new model production. 15. Plan and execute trial production runs (EVT/DVT/PVT builds), record and analyze trial results, and issue trial production reports.16. Evaluate equipment, fixtures, tooling, and material requirements for new models, and coordinate their preparation before mass production. 17. Present the new project to relevant departments (production, quality, planning, materials): conduct technical handover meetings, explain key process points, quality control points, and special requirements before mass production kick-off. 18. Confirm mass production readiness and issue the transfer-to-mass-production approval together with quality and production departments.D. General 19. Follow the instructions of the superior leader and complete other assigned tasks.Responsibility: Environment, Occupational Health & Safety (EHS)

1. Be responsible for the specific implementation of safety hazard handling and safety promotion during inspections.

2. Ensure the correct placement of fire-fighting equipment in the responsible area; the fire-fighting equipment area must not be occupied or misappropriated.

3. Identify and comply with environmental factors and important environmental factors.

4. Report immediately upon discovering hazards, and assess risk measures related to environment, occupational health, and safety.

5. Participate in emergency response procedures and drills.

6. Report incidents such as fires.

7. Investigate, analyze, collect evidence, and improve measures for environmental accidents and occupational health and safety accidents.

8. Comply with all compliance obligations.
