Process Equipment Engineering Engineer (Full-Time)

Seeking senior technical leaders in semiconductor process equipment engineering to support high-volume DRAM manufacturing. As a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) or Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) , you will drive innovation, lead cross-functional projects, define equipment requirement roadmaps, and mentor engineers. Your expertise in areas such as lithography, etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, implantation, or metrology, with at least 10 years of experience, is essential. Key responsibilities include owning critical taskforces, providing technical guidance, supporting hardware understanding, and fostering an innovative culture focused on equipment improvement and cost optimization. Strong project leadership, communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects are required. An advanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and support manufacturing excellence.
