Process Excellence Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Project Management Identify opportunities for process improvement across functions.
• Charter and lead process improvement projects in collaboration with process owners and functional teams.
• Evaluate financial impact and savings resulting from process improvements.
• Analysis & Implementation Utilize knowledge of software engineering and project lifecycle for effective implementation of improvements.
• Analyze metrics and performance data to measure success and identify further opportunities.
• Build quality frameworks to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Collaboration & Methodology Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and effectiveness.
• Apply Agile framework principles where applicable to enhance project execution.

Key Requirements Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, process excellence, or related roles.
• Prior experience working in process-driven projects is required.
