Role Overview
We are looking for a Process Excellence & Quality Analyst to drive process improvement, quality compliance, KPI monitoring, and operational standardization across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive process improvement, SOP standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, productivity, wastage, and process efficiency.
- Conduct process audits and support RCA, CAPA, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for process improvement.
- Support internal/external audits and drive standardization across plants.
- Coordinate with plant teams and other functions for smooth process execution.
