Role Description

The Process Excellence Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sukoharjo, responsible for overseeing and improving production and operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role includes monitoring daily workflows, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety and sustainability standards. The Process Excellence Supervisor will lead and coach team members, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and provide regular training on best practices and standard operating procedures. The position also involves analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and recommending solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and maintain consistent product quality. The supervisor will work closely with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to support Big Tree Farms’ regenerative and ethical sourcing commitments.

• Candidates should possess training skills to develop, deliver, and update operational and process-related training programs.
• Candidates should possess process optimization skills focused on continuous improvement, standardization, and efficiency enhancement.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or related operations environments is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, safety standards, and lean or similar methodologies is an advantage.
• Relevant education in engineering, operations management, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Sukoharjo and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
