Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Executive to manage documentation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth completion of process-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review invoices, shipping documents, reports and client documents.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and properly maintained.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Track document status and ensure timely submission of reports and forms.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain document accuracy and consistency.
• Support improvements in documentation and process management.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and documentation activities.

Required Skills

• B.Com, BBA, Logistics or related qualification.
• 1-2 year of experience in documentation, data entry or administrative roles.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹10,013.78 - ₹32,651.61 per month
