Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer interactions through Calls, Chats, and Emails while delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via Calls, Chats, and Emails.
• Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to all process and quality guidelines.
• Consistently achieve key performance metrics, including:
• CPH (Contacts Per Hour)
• AHT (Average Handling Time)
• NPS (Net Promoter Score)
• CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score)
• Time on System
• Quality Scores

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a US International Process is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
• Maximum age limit: 35 years.
