• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting, including KPIs, challenges, and focus areas.

• Provide subject matter expertise in PTP subprocesses, such as invoice processing of vendor invoices through VIM/SAP.

• Ensure all necessary controls checks are in place to avoid duplicate or wrong postings.

• Adhere to internal Bunge AP policies for accounting and complete daily allocations within defined timelines.

• Serve as a point of contact for local business, requestors, and vendors.

• Develop data-driven strategies aligned with Bunge's priorities and energize others through clear and compelling communication.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce with relevant 2-4 years of experience in the AP domain; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong technical skills in MS Excel, SAP Vendor Invoice Management, Concur, SRM, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make decisions aligned with Bunge's global strategy, business needs, and financial goals.
• Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of procurement-to-pay processes, including invoice processing, T&E claim processing, and payment processing.
