- 0 year of experience in BPO/call center environment (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English language (fluent speaking & writing).
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work night shifts (rotational) including weekends off.
