Process Governance Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of process governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct audits and assessments to monitor adherence to processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of Auditing, Change Management (ITIL), Compliance (Risk Management), Process Excellence (Six Sigma).
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful change initiatives.
• Excellent Stakeholder Engagement skills.
