Process Improvement & Data Analyst [Rayong]

About the role

This role focuses on supporting process improvement, data analysis, and automation initiatives. You will work across operational data, develop reporting tools, and coordinate with business teams to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.

Key responsibilities

• Support process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Assist in documenting current processes and preparing process flow diagrams
• Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Support implementation and monitoring of process improvement actions
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
• Monitor business KPIs and provide regular performance reporting
• Develop and maintain automated reporting tools using Excel and VBA
• Build templates and standardized reporting formats
• Coordinate with users and business teams to gather reporting requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• At least 1 year of work experience in Software Development, System Improvement or a related field
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
• Basic understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts
• Basic understanding of Power BI and data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in Process Improvement
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Intermediate level of English
