Process Improvement Associate

Job Summary
As a Process Improvement Associate, you will leverage no-code and low-code AI tools to automate and optimize day-to-day business operations. Working directly under the BPI Head, you will act as a bridge between operational teams and modern AI software — finding tedious, repetitive tasks and rearchitecting them with intuitive AI apps, smart templates, and automated workflows without writing custom code.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Discovery: shadow team members to map manual tasks and identify automation opportunities
• No-Code Solution Build: design no-code AI workflows, automated webhooks, and custom prompts
• Testing & Quality Assurance: review outputs for data privacy, errors, and hallucinations before deployment
• Change Management: draft user guides and conduct training for tool adoption

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in process optimization, project coordination, or business operations applying AI tools

Technical Competencies

• Hands-on experience with visual, no-code automation tools
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and visual workflow builders; no programming required
• Strong practical knowledge of generative AI platforms and advanced prompt engineering techniques
